- and technology-led HR products. /ppWe are seeking an experienced People Partner with strong Belgium and Netherlands HR expertise to help deliver global strategic people initiatives in the region. /ph3About the Role /h3pPartnering closely with business leaders and employees across Belgium and the Netherlands, providing practical, commercially focused HR support and ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with local employment legislation. The role requires a proactive, hands-on People Partner who can confidently manage employee relations matters, identify and mitigate people risks, and deliver People Culture initiatives. /ppWorking in close partnership with local stakeholders and country leaders, the role will support benefits, pensions, employee relations, organisational change, and broader people programmes, while also contributing to key regional projects. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3h3Strategic Partnering Advisory /h3ulliAct as a trusted advisor to local leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals /liliTranslate global people initiatives into locally relevant actions /liliDrive key priorities across performance, engagement, capability, and development, aligned with global policies /liliUse people data and insights to inform decisions, identify trends and highlight risks and opportunities within the local market /liliProvide practical HR partnering and advice to managers across Belgium and the Netherlands /li /ulh3Employee Relations Legal Compliance /h3ulliManage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policies /liliPartner with local stakeholders on benefits, pensions and employee experience initiatives, supporting a positive and compliant employee experience /liliDeliver People Culture programmes and projects, contributing to the global people agenda /liliIdentify and mitigate people-related risks, working across teams to deliver effective solutions /liliEnsure a positive employee experience through clear communication and effective delivery /liliAlign local reward practices with global frameworks, and maintain awareness of local market benchmarking and provide input into reward decisions ensuring alignment to organisational structures and governance /li /ulh3Learning Development /h3ulliWork with local leadership to identify capability needs and skills gaps /liliSupport the design and delivery of local learning and development initiatives, leveraging global learning tools and programmes to support delivery /li /ulh3Employee Experience, Engagement Communication /h3ulliEnsure people policies, guidance and resources are accurate, accessible and up to date /liliDevelop and deliver local communication plans for people initiatives and updates including wellbeing and inclusion initiatives /liliOwn local action planning in response to employee feedback, surveys and listening activities and support leaders to communicate change effectively /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliStrong generalist HR/People experience in a people partnering role from Belgium and/or the Netherlands markets /liliProven experience managing employee relations cases /liliExcellent knowledge of local employment law and HR best practice within the relevant jurisdiction /liliExperience working in a fast-paced, evolving, environment /lilibFluency in spoken and written English, Flemish (Dutch) and French is essential for this role /b /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery /liliExperience working within a global or matrixed organisation, partnering across functions and geographies /liliExperience supporting multiple locations or markets /liliKnowledge of global HR systems and processes /liliSkilled in adapting global frameworks to meet local market needs /li /ulh3Why Verian? /h3ulliMake a real impact on our people, culture and business /liliJoin a supportive global team and help drive positive change across Verian /liliHybrid flexible working /liliProfessional growth and development opportunities /li /ul /p
