Test Analyst – eHealth Digital Platform Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support the functional validation of a large-scale digital healthcare platform responsible for managing and exchanging sensitive healthcare referral and prescription data. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, quality, and compliance of business processes, workflows, integrations, and user experiences before production releases. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and testing teams, you will contribute to the delivery of a secure and high-quality solution in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Analysis & Test Design Analyze user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications to ensure testability. Design and maintain comprehensive functional test scenarios and test cases. Validate business rules, workflows, and end-to-end healthcare processes. Identify functional gaps, edge cases, and integration risks. Test Execution & Quality Assurance Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests. Maintain test cases and regression suites within test management tools. Track test execution progress and defect status. Verify defect fixes and support quality validation activities. Contribute to release validation and Go/No-Go recommendations. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and QA teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Provide clear and structured reporting on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics. Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve defects. Test Automation Support Contribute to the continuous improvement of regression and functional test automation. Collaborate with automation engineers to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst or Functional Test Analyst. Proven experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience with test management tools such as TestLink, Xray, Zephyr Scale, Octane, or similar. Experience using Jira or equivalent issue-tracking tools. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, public sector, or highly regulated environments. Experience testing multi-system integrations and complex workflows. Experience validating web and mobile applications. Familiarity with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Postman, or similar. Knowledge of end-to-end testing and release validation processes.
