Key Responsibilities
/h3 ul libBuild and maintain product features /b using modern React (hooks, component architecture, state management) across our existing product line. /li libOwn the full development lifecycle /b for your work — from technical design and implementation, through automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), to CI/CD deployment and post-release monitoring. /li libWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code /b, and hold that same bar in code reviews for your teammates. /li libCollaborate with external/cross-functional teams /b — other engineering squads, design, and product — to define and evolve a common approach to frontend and UI development (shared component libraries, design systems, coding standards, tooling, and best practices). /li libDebug and resolve production issues /b, working with observability and monitoring tools to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. /li libParticipate in architectural decisions for the frontend /b, including framework/library choices, performance optimization, accessibility, and scalability of the UI layer. /li libContribute to sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies /b, helping the team plan and deliver predictably. /li libMentor and support other engineers, /b sharing knowledge on frontend best practices and helping raise the overall engineering bar. /li li(If applicable)b Contribute to backend development, /b particularly on .

experience:
/h3 ul li4+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development. /li liStrong, hands-on expertise with modern React (hooks, functional components, context/state management, performance optimization). /li liSolid command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (TypeScript is our standard, and experience with it is expected). /li liProven experience owning the entire development cycle: design, coding, testing, code review, deployment, and monitoring — not just writing features and handing them off. /li liFamiliarity with common design tools such as Figma and Storybook /li /ul h3Testing delivery /h3 ul liPractical experience with frontend testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent) covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. /li liExperience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, and a good understanding of what “production-ready” means. /li liComfort with debugging and troubleshooting issues across the stack, including in production environments. /li /ul h3Collaboration communication /h3 ul liDemonstrated ability to communicate and align with external/other engineering teams — someone who can drive consensus on shared frontend standards, not just implement their own. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. /li liExperience working in agile/scrum environments (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). /li /ul h3Engineering practices /h3 ul liFamiliarity with modern frontend architecture concepts: component-driven design, design systems, state management patterns, accessibility (a11y), and performance/optim
