HR Technology Solution Architect

Braine l'Alleud (hybrid working mdoel) Engagement StatusL: Consulting Opportunity Overview We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation undergoing a major HR transformation programme and seeking an experienced HR Technology Solution Architect to help shape the future of its Talent & Corporate Communication technology ecosystem. This role will play a key part in defining the future-state architecture across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Employee Experience and Corporate Communication platforms. Working as part of a global transformation programme, you will design integrated, data-driven solutions that improve employee experience, self-service capabilities and HR technology governance. Requirements
- Define current and target-state architecture for a complex HR technology landscape.
- Design application, integration and data-flow architectures across multiple platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Support transformation roadmaps, platform optimisation and technology modernisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Digital, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity and Enterprise Architecture. Hard Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Phenom.
- Experience with TechWolf or similar talent intelligence platforms.
- Expertise in APIs, integrations, data architecture and system design.
- Experience managing complex HR technology ecosystems and transformation programmes.
- Ability to create architecture documentation, capability maps and solution designs. Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence across business and technical teams.
- Vendor management experience.
- Strategic thinking coupled with hands-on delivery capability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in HR Technology, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration or similar roles.
- Experience within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Exposure to global transformation programmes.
- Fluent English.
