Responsibilities:
Write and publish attractive, targeted job offersScout for candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, Stepstone and Indeed to find the best profiles that match the business needsServe as a trusted advisor for Business Managers, collaborating closely to understand and fulfill their hiring needsConduct job interviewsMonitor the recruitment process and deliver exceptional candidate experiencesUnderstand the world of IT and its challengesParticipate in employee branding events or company communication
Your profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree Fluent in English, French and/or DutchFirst experience in recruitment is an assetGood communication, collaboration and organizational skillsSolution
