You will play a key role in developing AI-assisted migration solutions, optimizing agent-driven workflows, and ensuring high-quality, scalable data transformation processes. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and validate Python-based ETL and data transformation solutions. /li liReview and optimize AI-generated Python code for performance, quality, and maintainability. /li liBuild and enhance data pipelines using bPandas, Polars, PyArrow, Parquet, and PySpark /b. /li liImprove ETL/ELT processes, data quality, schema management, and performance. /li liContribute to AI-assisted software development and multi-agent orchestration workflows. /li liEnhance workflow automation, validation processes, and human-in-the-loop quality assurance. /li liCollaborate with architects, data engineers, and SAS experts to support complex migration scenarios. /li liEnsure robust testing, documentation, and operational reliability of migration solutions. /li /ul h3bRequired Skills Experience /b /h3 ul lib5+ years /b of experience in Python Data Engineering. /li liStrong expertise in bPython, Pandas, Polars, PyArrow, Parquet, Apache Spark/PySpark /b, and Python performance tuning. /li liExperience with bETL/ELT /b, data engineering, data quality, schema management, and testing frameworks. /li liExperience using bAI-assisted development tools /b (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar). /li liKnowledge of bagentic workflows /b, multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven automation. /li liFamiliarity with bSAS Base /b (DATA Step, PROC SQL, Macros, ETL patterns) is a strong advantage. /li /ul h3bLanguages /b /h3 ul liActive knowledge of bDutch /b, bFrench /b, and bEnglish /b. /li /ul h3bLocation /b /h3 ul libBrussels, Belgium /b /li libHybrid /b working model. /li /ul /p
