Our client’s practice covers the full range of Competition and Antitrust issues, with a focus on:Merger Control filing and investigationsBehavioural investigations and proceedings – cartels, abuse of dominance etc.
Follow-on litigationThey act for international corporations across a broad range of sectors but with an emphasis on highly regulated sectors, such as Energy, Financial Services, Tech and Life Sciences.
You will be a mid-level EU Competition lawyer with experience and training gained at leading international law firms and institutions. You will have a strong record of academic achievement, ideally including a masters/LL.
M. You will demonstrate intellectual rigour alongside sound commercial instincts.
Ideally you will be a member of the Brussels Bar and/or another EU Member State. A strong command of English is essential, together with fluency in another European language. Candidates with experience of working on matters before the EC, the UK and/or the German Competition authorities are of particular interest.
