Responsibilities:
Moderation of Content & Advertisements: Review user-generated content and ads to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. This may include sensitive content, such as violence. Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify potential risks within the digital content and escalate issues when necessary. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address identified risks and improve the overall user experience. Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all moderation activities. What Were Looking For: Language
Skills:
Fluent French (C1) and English (written and spoken). Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail. Compliance & Risk Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of compliance principles and risk management practices. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. Contract & Working
Conditions:
Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process.
Working Hours
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Flexible schedule available exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization. Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria. Relocation package: rental allowance for the duration of the contract ( rent in Bulgaria can run anywhere from 250 to 400 euros depending on location) flight reimbursement (depends but can be done immediately on arrival or 1st salary) Real estate admin assistance.
