STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION MANAGERPurpose:Work closely with the CEO, MD Headquarters and other members of Top Management to turn strategic priorities into structured plans, well-managed projects and tangible business outcomes across the Group.
Acts as a project manager and internal transformation partner to support execution of key strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities
Executive Support and Strategic AnalysisSupport the CEO and Top Management in strategic planning and decision-makingConduct analyses on market trends, competitive positioning and business performancePrepare high-quality materials for Executive Management and Board discussionsTranslate complex topics into clear recommendations and actionable insightsTransformation and Change Leadership SupportSupport the design and execution of cross-functional transformation initiativesTrack progress of key strategic programmes and identify risks or bottlenecksContribute to shaping change approaches and stakeholder communicationEnsure alignment across functions and geographiesStrategic Projects and Programme ManagementLead or support the coordination and execution of high-priority strategic projects across the Group, working with relevant functional experts and external advisors where requiredAct as project manager, ensuring structure, pace and delivery disciplineCoordinate internal stakeholders and external advisors where relevantMonitor outcomes and ensure follow-through on agreed actionsCorporate Development and M&A SupportSupport evaluation of growth opportunities, partnerships and acquisitionsContribute to financial and strategic analysis of potential transactionsAssist in due diligence processes and coordination with internal teams and advisorsSupport integration planning and post-deal tracking where applicableCross-Functional CoordinationAct as a bridge between Top Management and business functionsEnsure consistency in messaging, priorities and execution across initiativesSupport preparation and follow-up of key management meetingsDesired candidate profile:University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management or a related discipline.
Experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, transformation, project management, PMO or a comparable strategic role.
Proven project management experience, with the ability to structure, coordinate and drive complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, functions and external advisors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations, business cases and actionable plans.
Experience preparing high-quality management presentations, Board materials, business cases and executive decision papers.
Exposure to strategic planning, transformation programmes, organisational change initiatives or performance improvement projects.
Exposure to corporate development or M&A activities, including market assessments, due diligence support or post-merger integration initiatives, is considered an advantage.
Strong planning, organisation and follow-through skills, with the ability to track actions, challenge delays and maintain momentum across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders, Top Management and Board-level audiences.
Fluency in English; additional European languages (German and/or Dutch) are considered an advantage.
Highly structured, intellectually curious and comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities and diverse business topics.
Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, with a willingness to take ownership and deliver tangible outcomes.
Collaborative and influential, able to build effective relationships across functions, geographies and cultures.
Hands-on, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently and manage several priorities simultaneously.
