🎯 Your Mission

You’ll join a collaborative software engineering environment responsible for developing and continuously improving business-critical applications on IBM i.

Your expertise in IBM i and ARCAD will be key in delivering reliable solutions, improving development processes and supporting the evolution of the application landscape.

💻 Your Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance IBM i / AS400 applications
• Work with ARCAD for development, application lifecycle and related activities
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
• Contribute to application modernisation and process optimisation
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, project managers and IT teams
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and knowledge-sharing activities
• Maintain technical and functional documentation
• Provide support, guidance and knowledge transfer to colleagues and users
• Explore and leverage AI-based tools to improve development quality and efficiency

• Solid experience with IBM i / AS400 development
• Hands-on experience with ARCAD is highly valued
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of business-critical application environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working independently while contributing actively to the team
