EOLIS GROUP in Brussels is seeking a freelance UX Researcher to shape user-centred digital experiences through qualitative research across the full design lifecycle. You will collaborate with UX designers, product owners and analysts in a hybrid setup (approx. 50% on-site, 50% remote).
The project runs Oct 2026 to March 2027, with a full-time commitment. Fluency in French or Dutch plus strong English is required, and prior experience in financial services is a plus.
