Key Responsibilities
Drive product sustainability by addressing yield and test challengesDevelop, implement, and validate improvements related to:Manufacturing processesSupplier performanceAcceptance criteriaLead initiatives to enhance overall product quality and achieve zero customer returnsConduct failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot complex technical issuesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust and scalable product solutions
Your Profile
Master’s degree in Electronics EngineeringExperience in production engineering, ASIC manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization xdkqlui of complex technical ASIC products. Statistical analysis and Six Sigma methodologies, SPC, MSAProficiency in programming (preferably Python and/or C++)Ability to quickly grasp complex ASIC test specificationsProblem-solving & risk-based decision-makingStrong organization & communication (English)
