The selected consultant will play a key role in supporting the migration and testing activities related to SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Responsibilities will include:

Coaching and supporting business representatives and key users throughout the System Integration Testing (SIT) phase.
Reviewing and validating technical, functional and user-oriented documentation to ensure quality and completeness.
Ensuring seamless interaction between warehouse management processes and integrated SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP and FI.
Monitoring, assessing and validating core EWM business processes during testing and deployment activities.
Tracking test progress, documenting findings and contributing to issue resolution throughout the SIT cycle.

Knowledge & Competencies:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the preparation of reports, analyses, recommendations and management-facing documentation.
Experience facilitating meetings from end to end, including agenda preparation, workshop moderation, action tracking and meeting documentation.
Ability to assess operational impacts, prioritize incidents and coordinate escalation processes when required.
Professional working proficiency in both Dutch and French.
Solid understanding of ITIL principles and recognised project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration concepts.
Hands-on experience with Service Management platforms, such as ServiceNow, Omnitracker or equivalent solutions.
Working knowledge of collaboration and Agile toolsets, including Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
