pbACENSI Belgium /b is looking for a bSenior Power BI Coach /b for one of its client in the banking sector. /ph3Context /h3pThe Power BI Coach will help users across the organisation make effective use of Power BI. The role combines coaching, training, community engagement and hands‑on development, with a strong focus on user autonomy and long‑term adoption. You will also work with IT, business teams and the Data Office to develop practical guidance and support Power BI governance /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDrive Power BI adoption: Help teams integrate Power BI into their daily work and become confident, independent users. /liliCoach different user groups: Provide practical guidance adapted to users’ needs, experience and level of maturity. /liliDeliver training: Organise demonstrations, webinars, workshops and training sessions for end-users and future coaches. /liliCreate learning materials: Develop and regularly update clear, accessible training content and practical examples. /liliBuild a community of coaches and ambassadors: Support employees who can share knowledge and encourage adoption within their teams. /liliEngage with users: Gather feedback, understand recurring challenges and share best practices through the Power BI community. /liliIntroduce new features: Help users understand and apply new Power BI capabilities. /liliProvide targeted support: Address specific questions and business challenges while ensuring knowledge transfer. /liliDevelop Power BI solutions: Create and improve reports, dashboards, semantic models and reusable components when required. Use these solutions to demonstrate best practices and meet business needs. /liliSupport governance: Contribute to guidance on roles and responsibilities, usage standards, lifecycle management and security. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliSenior-level Power BI expertise, combining hands‑on development and user coaching. /liliAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to audiences with different levels of experience. /liliAbility to deliver practical training and create useful learning materials. /liliComfortable working with business users, IT teams and data specialists. /liliA practical approach to problem‑solving, knowledge sharing and user adoption. /liliUnderstanding of Power BI governance and sustainable platform use. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliProficient in French or Dutch, with at least basic knowledge of the other language. /liliWorking knowledge of English, including the ability to understand, discuss and write technical documentation. /li /ul
