You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, helping advance vascular therapies and supporting improved patient outcomes. /p /li lipThis is a field-based role requiring clinical engagement, commercial ownership, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. /p /li lipDrive territory growth by acquiring new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across the vascular portfolio /p /li lipDevelop and execute territory and account plans to maximize product adoption and achieve business objectives /p /li lipBuild partnerships with physicians, interventional specialists, hospital stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders acrossBelgium Luxembourg /p /li lipProvide procedural support, product demonstrations, and clinical expertise during customer evaluations and cases /p /li lipDeliver customer education and training to support the successful adoption of vascular therapies /p /li lipIdentify opportunities to expand therapy utilization and support customers in integrating new technologies into clinical practice /p /li lipLeverage market developments and reimbursement opportunities to accelerate portfolio growth /p /li lipMonitor customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities /p /li lipCollaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and commercial colleagues to support territory objectives and customer success /p /li /ul h3bWhat you bring /b /h3 ul lipBachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field /p /li lip3-5 years of sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry /p /li lipExperience in vascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular, interventional cardiology, radiology, or other procedure-driven markets /p /li lipExperience engaging physicians and hospital stakeholders within a clinical environment /p /li lipTrack record of developing business opportunities and growing customer accounts /p /li lipAbility to combine clinical understanding with a commercially focused approach /p /li lipRelationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills /p /li lipProactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage a field-based territory /p /li lipFluent Dutch and English language skills; French is considered an advantage /p /li lipValid driver’s license /p /li /ul pAs werequirefluently English skills and the process will involve English speaking colleagues, we are looking forward toreceiving yourCV in English. /p pAt Penumbra, we value your skills and qualificationsabove all else.
