- Design, develop, and maintain scalable internal and customer-facing web platforms and APIs
- Work across the full stack (frontend, backend, database, testing, deployment)
- Design backend services for physical device management, telemetry, software versions, deployments, licensing and subscriptions
- Build integrations with external services such as e-commerce, billing, accounting and other business systems
- Collaborate with hardware and embedded software teams to ensure seamless integration between the hardware and software layers
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve the team's development processes and product offerings
Jouw profiel
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer
- AI-first mindset, with a strong willingness to actively use AI tools in daily software development to improve speed, quality, testing, debugging, and problem-solving
- Strong product mindset, creativity, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into well-designed solutions without relying on detailed requirements or predefined designs
- Strong functional analytics and product owner skills
- Current tech stack that you will need to be proficient with: Nuxt, Vue, Python, Django, Postgres
- Familiarity with Linux and Docker containers
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work autonomously, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
- Ownership and responsibility will be critical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Location in Europe, with the ability to occasionally be present in the Brussels office Nice to have:
- Familiarity with device management & telemetry
- Experience with a physical hardware and IoT systems is a strong plus
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana or Loki is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Taalvaardigheden
