Data (Analytics) Engineer We are looking for a Medior Data (Analytics) Engineer to help build scalable and reusable data products within a cloud-driven data environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to translate business needs into high-quality data solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain reusable data products and pipelines Translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions Build and optimize data transformations using SQL, Python, Spark, and Azure technologies Contribute to data product architecture, standards, and governance practices Collaborate with Business Information Analysts and domain stakeholders Ensure data quality, documentation, testing, and CI/CD integration Support Power BI and analytics consumption layers Contribute to AI-driven and automated data engineering practices Requirements Experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role Strong knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and/or Microsoft Fabric Experience with dimensional data modeling (Kimball/star schema) Familiarity with Git, testing, and CI/CD principles Strong analytical and communication skills Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments Knowledge of ERP or asset management data sources is a plus Experience with DBT is considered an asset Soft Skills Business-minded and analytical Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills Structured and quality-oriented approach Proactive, autonomous, and solution-driven mindset Interest in data governance, architecture, and reusable product thinking Languages Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency English: Nice to have Location Hybrid role based in Aartselaar Regular on-site presence required
