Our Azure FinOps practice is beyond “getting started”: the foundation is live (self‑service insights, recurring communications, enablement, and a defined operating rhythm). Your mission is to run and scale the practice: deepen accountability, accelerate value realization, and industrialize automation across the business.
In parallel, you will actively expand the scope beyond cloud FinOps, progressively integrating additional infrastructure cost domains to evolve the practice toward a more holistic infrastructure cost management model.
To succeed, you will needExperience requirementsDemonstrated experience in FinOps / cloud cost management: turning spend data into decisions and actionStrong stakeholder management across engineering + controlling/finance + app owners to drive accountability and adoptionComfort running an operational service: cadence, communications, governance, and continuous improvementSoft SkillsSelf‑driven, objective‑oriented, and well organizedTeam player with a T‑shaped profile and strong learning capabilityStrong analytical and problem‑solving mindsetEager to learnComfortable working in a global, enterprise contextFluent in written and spoken EnglishTechnical SkillsExcel skills and PowerPoint proficiency for analysis and stakeholder communicationPower BI experience for building insights and dashboards (if not, willing to learn it)Azure knowledge, with a focus on cost, usage, and governanceCoding and query skills is a plus (e.g. KQL, Python, or similar) to support analysis, optimization, and automationNice to HaveFinOps Practitioner (FinOps Foundation)FinOps FOCUS Analyst (FinOps Foundation)Azure certifications (AZ‑104 or AZ‑305)In return,
