We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team and take ownership of recruitment across the organization.

As Talent Acquisition Officer, you are responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring the talent that will support our business growth and future ambitions. You partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, identify the right candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

You combine strong recruitment expertise with a genuine interest in our business, culture, and people. By building strong relationships with managers and teams, you gain a deep understanding of the profiles needed to support our organization's growth and success.

Your Role

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar positions, from intake and sourcing to selection, offer management, and hiring.
  • Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs, team dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Advise managers on recruitment strategies, market trends, candidate availability, and selection decisions.
  • Ensure a high-quality, efficient, and consistent recruitment process across the organization.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, coordinate assessment activities, and guide candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Drive a positive and professional candidate experience that reflects our company values and culture.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct search.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment partners, including interim agencies and specialized recruitment providers.
  • Stay informed about labour market trends and translate insights into actionable recruitment initiatives.

Employer Branding & External Partnerships

  • Contribute to the development and promotion of our employer brand across relevant channels.
  • Manage and optimize our recruitment presence on LinkedIn and other talent attraction platforms.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, networking initiatives, and career fairs.
  • Build sustainable partnerships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to strengthen our visibility among future talent.
  • Support initiatives that increase our attractiveness as an employer and enhance our visibility in the labour market.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives related to talent management, employee experience, workforce planning, and employer branding.
  • Contribute to HR projects that support the organization's growth and people strategy.
  • Share recruitment expertise and market insights with managers and HR stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or a related HR role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and specialist profiles.
  • Experience with direct sourcing and active candidate search through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between our Belgian sites in Louvain-la-Neuve and Berchem.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interviewing capabilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for finding and attracting talent.
  • Curious, resilient, and energized by building networks and creating long-term talent partnerships.
