Ghent (4 days onsite / week)Type: Full-timeAbout the roleWe are working with an in-house consultancy partnering with small and medium-sized businesses across Belgium to design, build, and scale custom digital solutions. Their projects are varied, hands-on, and impact-driven — and they're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's ready to step up, take ownership, and act as a lead developer across multiple projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being close to both the technical and business side of projects.
What you'll do
Take a lead role in the design, development, and delivery of multiple client projectsBuild and maintain full stack applications using TypeScript on both frontend and backendAct as a technical point of contact for projects, helping shape architecture and best practicesCollaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into solutionsBalance and prioritise work across several projects at the same timeMentor and support other developers where neededWhat they're looking forStrong experience as a Full Stack DeveloperProficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backendExperience with modern frontend frameworks (e.
G. React, Vue, Angular)Solid backend experience (e.
G. Node.
