pAs a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect within DEME’s Digital Office Application Team, you play a key role in shaping and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape. /ppYou work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams and implementation partners to design scalable, secure and future-proof solutions that support our digital transformation journey. Combining strategic thinking with hands‑on solution design, you ensure our Dynamics ecosystem continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. /ppAt DEME, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your career, work on impactful projects and contribute to innovative solutions that support our global operations. /ph3bYour responsibilities /b /h3ulliDefine end-to-end solution architectures within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape. /liliTranslate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. /liliEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and governance standards. /liliLead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle. /liliAct as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on Dynamics 365 capabilities and roadmap opportunities. /liliDesign integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, Power Platform solutions, Azure services and data platforms. /liliDefine application, data and security architectures that support long-term business objectives. /liliDrive architecture governance, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliGuide internal teams and external implementation partners in delivering high-quality solutions. /li /ulh3bYour profile /b /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent through experience. /liliMinimum 7 years of experience in enterprise application, ERP or solution architecture. /liliMinimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. /liliProven experience delivering complex business application or ERP implementations. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure platform services, API and integration architecture, data migration and master data management. /liliKnowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance Supply Chain Management (FSCM), formerly known as Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (FO). /liliUnderstanding of business processes within Dynamics 365 FSCM, particularly Finance modules, is considered a strong asset. /liliExperience with X++ is a plus. /liliMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification is a plus. /liliExperience with Agile, DevOps and large-scale ERP transformation programs is an asset. /liliExperience in an engineering, industrial, construction or project-based environment is a plus. /li /ulh3bOur offer /b /h3ulliAn extensive mobility program for a healthy work-life balance. /liliA permanent training track which allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally. /liliA stimulating, innovative workplace with growth opportunities. /liliA people-oriented environment with an interactive health program and a focus on employee wellbeing. /li /ul
