- Roles and Responsibilities /h3 h3Main mission /h3 ul liYou are the SAP FSM specialist for the organization. Your mission is to ensure the realization of technical and functional expertise missions in the field of SAP Field Service Management (Design, configure, evolve and support the SAP FSM solution by guaranteeing optimal integration with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR and specific developments) while actively managing the skills development and empowerment of Client's junior employees. You support the business lines from the expression of the need to the start of production. /li /ul h3Operational Expertise component: /h3 ul liTake functional responsibility for SAP FSM and become the internal reference on all topics related to planning, dispatching, mobile applications, field service execution and integration with SAP S/4HANA. /li /ul h3Coaching and Transmission component: /h3 ul liSupporting junior profiles on a daily basis through tutoring, peer-review and co-working. /li liBuild and lead skills development courses (workshops, sharing of good practices, practical cases). /li liEvaluate the technical progress of the supported employees and identify their additional training needs. /li liPromote the autonomy of more junior profiles by adopting a coaching posture (questioning, constructive feedback, progressive delegation). /li /ul h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design and evolution of the SAP FSM solution. /li liAnalyze business needs and define functional solutions. /li liOptimize the planning and dispatching processes of field teams. /li liSet up FSM activities, skills, SLAs, workflows, and business rules. /li liSupport the deployment of technical mobile applications. /li liEnsure FSM integrations with SAP PM, MM, FI, HR, and edge applications. /li liWrite functional specifications for ABAP, APIs, CPI and BTP developments. /li liProvide testing, quality, documentation, and N2/N3 support. /li liTo increase the skills of the more junior members of the Digit'Eaux team through knowledge sharing and needs assessment in terms of training, specializations, etc. /li liTrain users and support change management. /li liMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience on SAP FSM. /li liDemonstrated experience on Planning Dispatching Board. /li liMastery of FSM Mobile Applications. /li liAdvanced configuration of activities, teams, skills, and SLAs. /li liExperience with SAP FSM Cloud integrations with SAP S/4HANA. /li liParticipation in several FSM deployment or transformation projects. /li /ul h3Elimination criteria /h3 ul liLack of significant SAP FSM experience. /li liProfile mainly PM without FSM mastery. /li liLack of experience integrating FSM with SAP. /li liLack of experience in support or deployment of field solutions. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liIT Project
