Role Description The OSICS Administration Accounting Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Graz. This position supports day-to-day financial and administrative operations, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, and assisting with the preparation of financial statements. The role involves working with accounting software to record transactions, reconcile accounts, and support monthly and annual closing activities. The Administration Accounting Assistant will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely payments, proper documentation, and compliance with internal procedures. Additional responsibilities may include organizing financial files, supporting reporting for management, and contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Bookkeeping to manage daily financial records and transactions accurately.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Financial Statements to support reporting, analysis, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Accounting Software to efficiently process entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with closing activities.
  • Relevant experience in administrative support within a finance or accounting environment is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
    additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Graz and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality. xlxgzvr
  • Formal training or education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
