Duties & Role:
- Deliver enterprise architecture outcomes within ACaT framework
- Support development and integration of Reference Architectures (RAs) into AIDA
- Lead and support architecture sprints
- Prepare and coordinate ACaT meetings and documentation
- Develop interoperability models and architecture artefacts
- Analyse and align architectures with NATO EA policy
- Model architectures using ArchiMate and related tools
- Support digital interoperability standards and integration design
- Produce architecture artefacts, reports, and reusable models
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years experience
- Strong experience with:
- TOGAF and ArchiMate
- Interoperability modelling / integration design
- Data-centric architecture
- Architecture modelling tools (Sparx, ARIS, etc.)
- 5+ years experience in process analysis, gap analysis, design
- Experience in NATO or similar environments (desirable)
- Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
- Understanding of NATO data & AI strategies (desirable)
- Strong strategic thinking, networking, and stakeholder management skills
