Key Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner and functional point of contact for users and stakeholders. Gather, analyse, and translate business and functional requirements. Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN . Coordinate impact analyses involving legal, security, and technical aspects. Collaborate with internal and external development teams and suppliers. Bridge the gap between business, technical, and security teams. Support change management through training, documentation, communication, and second-line support. Prioritise requirements and contribute to product vision and continuous improvement. Report progress and key topics to the Program Manager. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner . Strong skills in business analysis and business process modelling. Experience with BPMN, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and change management . Strong customer and product-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Experience in a public-sector or complex organisational environment is an advantage. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English . Work Arrangement

Brussels, Belgium Start: 14 September 2026 Duration: Until 31 December 2026, renewable Full-time: 40 hours/week Hybrid: Minimum 2 days per week on-site, depending on team needs.
