We are looking for a logistics coordinator for a large medical company specialized in clinical research in Zaventem.
Your tasks:
You are responsible and accountable for the ordering, receiving, processing, storage, shipment, and delivery of drug products, medical devices, and lab supplies.
You manage returned materials from clinical sites, including drug accountability, reconciliation, and destruction processes.
You ensure accurate administration and documentation of all supply chain and logistics activities for assigned studies.
You perform local purchasing activities as requested.
You coordinate logistics activities for studies of low to moderate complexity.
You ensure compliance with relevant procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
You support the timely and efficient distribution of study materials to clinical sites.
ProfielYour profile:
-You have very good spoken and written knowledge of English
-You have experience with shipment and stock control
-You are detail and client oriented
-You are a good communicator and work well with others
-You are open to work in shifts
