Your journey with usAre you set to elevate your career in Payroll?As a Senior Payroll Advisor within our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering payroll services to our international clients. This position requires 3 to 8 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a multi-country employment set-up.Every day, your work will make an impact that matters while you thrive in a dynamic culture of inclusion, collaboration and high performance. You will be responsible and accountable for the successful business development and implementation of payroll related services. Key Responsibilities:Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the monthly payroll cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients, guaranteeing all deliverables meet SLAs and the highest quality standards.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing definitive guidance and performing quality control checks on the processing of relevant pay components.Manage and resolve all payroll-related inquiries from clients and their employees, acting as the final point of internal resolution before external advice is sought.Ensure full compliance by monitoring, interpreting, and applying changes in Belgian social, tax, and labor legislation to all ongoing client payroll processes and configurations.Pursue continuous process improvement initiatives within the delivery team to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and reduce operational risks in the existing payroll systems.Provide specialist advisory support to clients on HR/payroll topics.Manage the client relationshipAct as a coach for the payroll delivery team, fostering their deep understanding of technical payroll processing and regulatory compliance.Let’s talk about youTo qualify for the role, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following:Master’s degree from a reputable institution or relevant experience3 – 5 years experience as a payroll specialist, preferably also having been exposed to an international contextEager to work in an international environment, with experience in deploying near- or offshore teams to bring optimal value to the clientSolid commercial skills to manage effective client relationshipsProven experience in payroll related servicesDemonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environmentOpen, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindsetSolid project management skillsFluency in Dutch and/ or French, and English.
