Our client is a high-growth SaaS scale-up active across Belgium. Their platform helps finance teams structure, analyze and optimize performance management. You will work directly with CFOs, CEOs and controlling teams, acting as a trusted financial partner. Fast-moving, people-first and built on ownership and transparency.

Role & responsibilities as Customer Success Manager

• Lead post-implementation projects: analyze client needs, configure KPIs and deploy advanced reporting across P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
• Stay proactively in touch with your client portfolio and suggest new performance analyses including dashboards, budgeting scenarios and forecasts.
• Support Sales during demos by bringing financial credibility and validating solution fit for prospects.
• Design reliable financial data models and translate complex business needs into product improvements.
• Build long-term client partnerships through expertise, trust and a high level of satisfaction.

You are the bridge between controlling knowledge, client success and product evolution.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management or Economics
• Fluent in French or Dutch and Englsh
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
