Here, we don’t just follow trends, we create them Join Smile in Brussels and take part in projects that truly matter /ppWe are currently looking for a talented Microsoft 365 Engineer (Freelance) to join our dynamic team and work on high-impact projects for one of our major clients. /ph3Position Overview /h3ullipStatus: Freelance /p /lilipLocation: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid model: 2-3 days of remote work per week) /p /li /ulh3Your Responsibilities /h3pAs a Microsoft 365 Engineer, your daily missions will include: /pullipAdministering, configuring, and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive). /p /lilipManaging identities and access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO. /p /lilipImplementing and maintaining device and application management with Microsoft Intune. /p /lilipEnsuring compliance and data protection using Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention policies, sensitivity labels). /p /lilipAutomating administrative tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. /p /lilipSupporting migration projects (on-premises to cloud, tenant-to-tenant). /p /lilipTroubleshooting level 2/3 incidents and producing clear technical documentation. /p /lilip(For Senior profiles) Advising on M365 governance, security architecture, and adoption strategy. /p /li /ulh3Profile Technical Skills /h3ullipStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online). /p /lilipSolid knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 / Endpoint. /p /lilipGood scripting skills in PowerShell; experience with Microsoft Graph API is a plus. /p /lilipUnderstanding of hybrid environments (Active Directory, Entra Connect). /p /lilipMicrosoft certifications (MS-102, MD-102, SC-300) are a strong asset. /p /lilipExcellent problem-solving skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a strong team spirit. /p /lilipLanguage: Professional fluency in English.
