Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business processes and requirements. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and clarify needs. Create functional documentation, process maps, use cases, and business specifications. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables for development teams. Support testing activities, including test preparation and coordination. Ensure implemented solutions align with agreed business requirements. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience Initial experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Knowledge of business process analysis, use cases, and data modeling. Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset. Experience within a public-sector environment is a plus. Languages French: Active knowledge Dutch: Active knowledge English: Active knowledge Work Environment Hybrid working model. Minimum two days per week on-site in Brussels. Teleworking permitted within Belgium.
