Senior IT Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate several digitalisation projects within the justice and public-sector environment, including cross-border processes, road legislation and certificate exchanges. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects , from initiation and solution definition through implementation. Develop project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones and resource planning. Manage scope, risks, change requests, budget and project validation . Coordinate and align a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Monitor legally defined deadlines and take corrective action when necessary. Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration, communication and delivery quality. Manage and optimise data flows between Belgian stakeholders and European partners. Analyse and document data exchanges, including cross-border information flows and e-CODEX integration. Provide clear reporting to management through reports, meetings, emails and dashboards. Use Jira and Confluence for project management and information sharing. Ensure compliance with data protection, regulatory and security requirements. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management . Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Agile and/or PRINCE2 methodologies. Experience with project planning, budget management, risk management and governance. Good understanding of data flows and information exchange. Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office . Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience in a public-sector or regulatory environment is an advantage.
