Vlaams Instituut voor Biotechnologie (VIB) is seeking a Training and Conferences Officer to oversee end-to-end event delivery for international conferences, summer schools and scientific events. You will coordinate venues, registrations, catering and AV, while collaborating with a project manager, marketing, finance and researchers.
You will manage timelines, budgets and contracts, ensuring a welcoming participant experience and professional interactions with participants and suppliers.
