- You lead a team of approximately ten employees, including application analysts, developers, project leaders and a technical architect. /li li
- You are responsible for prioritizing the team's activities and ensuring that resources are aligned with the workload. /li li
- You keep the team aligned, engaged and motivated. /li li
- You support the individual development of team members through effective coaching. /li li
- You manage the portfolio of projects related to GIS strategy. /li li
- You collaborate with the business and architecture teams to define and promote a shared vision for the evolution of the domain. /li li
- You are accountable for delivering projects within your domain according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline. /li li
- Your team is responsible for the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the applications within your domain, as well as user support. /li li
- You organize the handling of incidents and user change requests in the most effective way, in accordance with departmental processes and defined SLAs. /li li
- You organize the monitoring of the applications within your domain and proactively ensure their stable and efficient operation. /li li
- You manage the budgets required for the execution of your teams’ activities. /li li
- You drive the continuous improvement of your team’s activities. /li li
- You are a member of the DBS management team and report to the Head of the “Works, GIS and Customer” department. /li /ul h3bCasting | /b /h3 ul lipBachelor degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Science, or Computer Science. /p /li lipFluent in French /p /li lipProven experience as an IT Manager / in coordinating an IT team within a medium?sized or large organization /p /li lipProven experience in leading an IT delivery team /p /li lipProven experience in leading at least 8 FTE /p /li lipProven experience with ITIL /p /li lipProven experience with project management /p /li lipMaster degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Science, or Computer Science. /p /li lipProven experience in the daily operational management of an ICT organization and in leading team members /p /li /ul h3bDefinitive Plus points /b /h3 ul lipProven experience in the utilities /p /li lipProven experience with GIS /p /li lipProven experience with Hexagon Networks technology /p /li /ul
