TALENT LIAISON MANAGER / HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/D)
Tasks
Act as a trusted HR advisor to Talent Partners, business leaders and managers
Manage complex employee relations and performance management cases.
Prepare business cases, exit calculations and support employee exit discussions
Advise on Belgian employment law, compensation and bonus eligibility.
Challenge business decisions where documentation or justification is insufficient
Support organizational changes and restructuring initiatives
Contribute to HR process improvements, AI adoption and digital transformation
Qualification
8–10 years of professional HR experience (6–7 years considered for strong candidates)
Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and employee relations.
Proven experience handling complex HR cases and difficult employee conversations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
Ability to work independently with limited onboarding support
High adaptability, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset
Fluent French and English, with basic Dutch language skills
Experience in multinational organizations, pharmaceuticals or working with unions is an advantage
