We are looking for a Czech + Polish speaking Customer Advisor to join a leading international commercial vehicle company in Ghent . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting customers and working in an international, structured environment. Responsibilities Support customers with product and service inquiries Handle requests via phone and email Provide clear and efficient solutions to customer needs Collaborate with internal teams Ensure high level of customer satisfaction Requirements Czech (C1–C2) + Polish (C1–C2) Strong communication skills Customer support experience is a plus Comfortable in an international environment Problem-solving mindset
