Accounting manager

Are you an experienced financial professional who combines strategic insight with a hands-on mentality? Do you want to play a key role within a branch of an international organization where you manage both the financial policy and a small team? Then we are looking for you.

Main Goal

In this position, you will be responsible for the entire financial operation and you will be part of the middle management team.

• You will lead a small financial team and ensure the efficient organization of the department.
• You are the financial sparring partner of the Country Manager and support strategic decision-making.
• You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
• You take care of the financial reporting to the group and monitor internal controls and compliance.
• You bear the final responsibility for personnel and payroll administration.

What we expect of you

You have extensive experience in finance, accounting or controlling, preferably in a managerial position.

You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.

You are a strong communicator and work smoothly with various stakeholders.

You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
