The Opportunity

We're looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments.

This role is focused on creating real-world AI solutions that automate processes, improve operations, and drive business growth. You'll work on designing, developing, and scaling agentic AI systems that have a direct impact on the

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic AI workflows.
Develop AI-powered automation solutions across business processes.
Build production-ready applications leveraging LLMs.
Create and optimise multi-agent systems.
Develop RAG-based applications and orchestration frameworks.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI.
Continuously improve existing AI systems and workflows.

Required Experience

Commercial experience building AI agents or Agentic AI solutions.
Demonstrable experience deploying AI applications into production.
Experience automating business processes using AI.
Strong understanding of LLMs and modern AI architectures.
Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver independently.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Evidence of building real AI solutions rather than simply using AI tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience with some of the following:

LangGraph
CrewAI
AutoGen
Multi-Agent Systems
RAG
LLM Orchestration
Workflow Automation
AI Product Development

Voice AI exposure is beneficial but not essential. Strong Agentic AI experience is the priority.
