About the role
As an infrastructure project manager at VeroTech, you will oversee a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects in a dynamic delivery environment. You will focus on project execution, customer satisfaction, stakeholder alignment and operational follow-up across multiple parallel initiatives.
You will work closely with project leads, design teams, planners, operations teams and customers to keep milestones on track. Your role combines delivery ownership, risk control, escalation management and clear reporting to support reliable infrastructure rollout.

Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects from planning follow-up through deliveryDrive project execution and ensure agreed milestones and customer commitments are achievedCoordinate with project leads, design teams, planners, operations teams and customersAct as the primary escalation point for project issues, bottlenecks and delivery risksIdentify project risks, propose mitigation actions and support timely issue resolutionMonitor project progress and report clear status updates to management and stakeholdersFacilitate stakeholder communication and alignment in a fast-changing environmentWhat we're looking forWe are looking for a project manager with strong ownership, solid telecom infrastructure insight and the ability to coordinate complex delivery activities with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experienceExperience managing telecom infrastructure projects is requiredStrong technical affinity with network deployment activities such as fibre delivery, civil works, blowing, splicing and infrastructure rolloutStrong stakeholder management, communication, reporting and coordination skillsOperational and result-oriented mindset with proven escalation management, risk management and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-changing environmentEnglish is mandatory; Dutch is preferred and French is a nice to haveExperience in utility, infrastructure or government-related projects, process improvement or design and operational delivery activities is a plusWhy join us?At VeroTech, you’re part of a real community where engineers grow and thrive together while working on cutting-edge projects in several sectors, enjoying flexibility and true support from colleagues.
