And we are looking for talented professionals to join us in this journey /ppWe are seeking an experienced bManager/Senior Manager, Information Security /b to drive the bglobal information security effort /b , including data security program development, day-to-day data security operations, and cross-regional compliance execution. /ppbWhat you will do: /b /pulliLead the bsystematic development of Lalamove's information security program /b and oversee bday-to-day security operations /b , while maintaining strong communication with bonshore security teams /b to align and strengthen security capabilities. /lilibLead /b bthe Lalamove Information Security team /b , providing vision, guidance, and execution oversight to ensure security strategy and operations are delivered effectively. /liliDeep understanding of core security fundamentals including bnetwork security, host security, SDLC, vulnerability scanning /b , and strong technical expertise with one or more security products and capabilities such as bWAF /b , firewalls, HIDS b, and SOC /b. /liliMaintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and bdrive the successful implementation /b of security controls and measures across the organization. /liliEnsure binformation security compliance /b for the business across ball markets /b. Collaborate with blocal DPOs /b to support and drive bsecurity and compliance certifications /b in priority target markets. /liliSupport global compliance and information security efforts, including coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure policies, controls, and compliance requirements are met consistently across regions. /liliLead and coordinate the organization's binformation security incident response /b activities—providing appropriate direction during online/on-demand security incidents, ensuring proper handling, and coordinating communication with relevant departments throughout the process. /li /ulpBuild and develop the bInformation Security team /b , including bteam development, hiring/mentoring, and talent growth /b. /ppbWhat you will need: /b /pullib10+ years of information security experience /b , including b3+ years of people/team management experience /b. Experience in binternet information security management /b is preferred. /liliDeep understanding of core security fundamentals including bnetwork security, host security, SDLC, vulnerability scanning /b , and strong technical expertise with one or more security products and capabilities such as bWAF /b , firewalls, HIDS b, and SOC /b. /liliStrong experience with boverseas compliance /b ; good understanding of security requirements across bSoutheast Asian markets /b. Deep experience with bGDPR /b and bEO 14117 /b is preferred. /liliExcellent blogical reasoning and judgment /b , with a strong drive for excellence and a bdata-driven mindset /b. /liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality bdocumentation and reporting /b , and a strong sense of bownership /b and bteam collaboration spirit /b. /liliEnglish proficiency as a working language; ability to communicate effectively with onshore teams in bMandarin /b. /li /ulpTo all candidates
