Your mission

As Prevention Advisor, you'll be a key partner to management in rolling out the safety policy — engaging every level of the organization, from the shop floor to the boardroom. You'll work across strategy, field operations, and continuous improvement in a demanding industrial environment.

What you'll do

• Advise leadership on safety and health matters, and drive the safety culture forward
• Manage and improve the safety management system (ISO 45001)
• Lead regulatory compliance, audits, and safety KPIs
• Coordinate the Prevention Committee and risk analyses
• Supervise risk analyses and support new projects with a Design for Safety approach
• Own the safety training plan and coach managers and teams
• Manage emergency plans, crisis exercises, and incident investigations
• Serve as the group's safety contact at an international level

Your profile

• Level 1 Prevention Advisor certification
• 5+ years' experience in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and management systems
• Excellent communication skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Dutch and French: fluent | English: professional
