BMS Engineer | Antwerp, Belgium

Up to €5000 Gross Per Month

13th Month Salary + Laptop + Car + Phone + Additional Benefits.

Your responsibilities

Carry out maintenance and inspections on building-related climate and control systems.
Systematically test, check, calibrate, and adjust installations.
Diagnose technical faults using appropriate software and diagnostic tools.
Repair or replace components when required.
Make minor software and configuration adjustments.
Commission new, upgraded, or modified installations.
Prepare service activities and coordinate technical work with colleagues.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding technical issues and proposed solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, or efficiency.
Recognize potential additional technical requirements and communicate these internally.
Contribute ideas for improving installations, services, processes, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

What you bring:

MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Measurement & Control Technology, or a comparable discipline.
Relevant experience in technical service, maintenance, commissioning, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with building services, HVAC systems, automation, measurement and control technology, or similar installations is an advantage.
Relevant safety certifications are desirable, or you are willing to obtain them.
A practical, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Customer-focused and comfortable working independently.
Flexible and willing to travel to customer locations.
