BMS Engineer | Antwerp, Belgium
Up to €5000 Gross Per Month
13th Month Salary + Laptop + Car + Phone + Additional Benefits.
Your responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and inspections on building-related climate and control systems.
- Systematically test, check, calibrate, and adjust installations.
- Diagnose technical faults using appropriate software and diagnostic tools.
- Repair or replace components when required.
- Make minor software and configuration adjustments.
- Commission new, upgraded, or modified installations.
- Prepare service activities and coordinate technical work with colleagues.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding technical issues and proposed solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, or efficiency.
- Recognize potential additional technical requirements and communicate these internally.
- Contribute ideas for improving installations, services, processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
What you bring:
- MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Measurement & Control Technology, or a comparable discipline.
- Relevant experience in technical service, maintenance, commissioning, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with building services, HVAC systems, automation, measurement and control technology, or similar installations is an advantage.
- Relevant safety certifications are desirable, or you are willing to obtain them.
- A practical, analytical, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused and comfortable working independently.
- Flexible and willing to travel to customer locations.
