key responsibilities
will include: /pulliSupporting and enhancing SAP Retail business processes across procurement, inventory management, assortment management, pricing, replenishment, logistics, and store operations. /liliGathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and effective SAP solutions. /liliConfiguring SAP Retail functionalities and ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. /liliDriving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across business units and countries. /liliProviding 2nd and 3rd line functional support, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating issue resolution. /liliContributing to SAP transformation and S/4HANA-related projects by participating in workshops, solution design activities, testing, and deployment initiatives. /liliCollaborating with business users, project teams, implementation partners, and external service providers. /liliSupporting system integrations with eCommerce platforms, warehouse management solutions, financial applications, POS systems, EDI interfaces, and other third-party solutions. /liliAssisting data migration activities and promoting data quality and governance best practices. /liliActing as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders while mentoring junior team members and facilitating knowledge transfer. /liliEnsuring the stability, performance, and long-term sustainability of SAP Retail solutions /li /ul
