We are seeking a Senior Nutanix Engineer to join our team and be responsible for the following tasks: /pullipSet up and configure Nutanix AHV clusters, including node installation, cluster creation and initial configuration /p /lilipParticipate in the migration of workloads from VMware ESXi to Nutanix AHV, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity /p /lilipProvide hands‑on Nutanix operational expertise and best practices to architecture and engineering teams /p /lilipIntegrate Nutanix with existing virtualization services and ITSM/change‑management processes /p /lilipMonitor and optimise Nutanix infrastructure performance against operational requirements and SLAs /p /lilipTroubleshoot Nutanix infrastructure issues and support incident resolution /p /lilipConfigure and maintain Prism Central dashboards covering cluster health, VM performance and capacity /p /lilipDevelop and improve automation scripts, workflows and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) supporting migrations and ongoing operations /p /lilipPrepare migration waves, sequencing, validation checks and rollback procedures /p /lilipProduce operational and migration runbooks and maintain infrastructure documentation /p /lilipProvide knowledge transfer and work closely with the existing virtualization operations team /p /lilipStrong hands‑on experience with Nutanix AHV in enterprise environments /p /lilipPractical experience deploying, configuring and operating Nutanix clusters /p /lilipStrong experience with VMware ESXi / vSphere environments /p /lilipExperience performing or supporting VMware ESXi → Nutanix AHV migrations /p /lilipExperience with Nutanix Prism Central, including monitoring, performance and capacity management /p /lilipExperience troubleshooting virtualization and infrastructure issues in production environments /p /lilipExperience with infrastructure automation / scripting / Infrastructure as Code /p /lilipUnderstanding of enterprise ITSM, change management and operational processes /p /lilipAbility to produce technical documentation, operational runbooks and migration procedures /p /lilipStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate with architecture, engineering and operations teams /p /li /ul
