DevOps / Cloud Engineer

pGreen Island operates digital gaming and entertainment platforms in a regulated, high-availability environment. Our systems support multiple brands, markets, internal teams, and external integrations, where reliability, secure delivery, and operational visibility are critical. /ph3About the role /h3pWe are looking for a DevOps / Cloud Engineer to help build, operate, automate, and improve the cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines behind our platforms. /ppAs a DevOps / Cloud Engineer, you will work with infrastructure, software engineering, QA, security, and operations teams to make our systems easier to deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and scale. /ppYou will help maintain cloud environments, improve deployment automation, support production operations, strengthen observability, and reduce manual work through pragmatic automation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems, improving developer workflows, and keeping business-critical platforms healthy. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliBuild, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. /liliSupport production and non-production environments across multiple brands and markets. /liliImprove CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment automation. /liliHelp operate secure, reliable, and scalable cloud infrastructure. /liliImprove monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and operational visibility. /liliAutomate repetitive tasks and reduce manual operational work. /liliWork with developers to improve deployment safety, service reliability, and production readiness. /liliSupport cloud networking, access management, secrets handling, backups, and disaster recovery processes. /liliParticipate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and follow-up improvements. /liliHelp manage infrastructure hygiene, cost optimization, and capacity planning. /liliDocument infrastructure, processes, runbooks, and operational procedures. /liliSupport compliance, audit, and change-management needs where infrastructure is involved. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliExperience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, Systems Engineer, or similar. /liliHands-on experience with a major cloud provider, preferably AWS or similar. /liliExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform or equivalent tooling. /liliExperience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar. /liliGood understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, TLS, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security basics. /liliExperience with containers such as Docker, and ideally container orchestration or managed container platforms. /liliScripting or automation skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar. /liliFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, or similar. /liliStrong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to take ownership of operational issues. /liliAbility to work with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business operations teams. /liliClear communication and good documentation habits. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience in online gaming, fintech, payments, SaaS, or another high-availability digital environment. /liliExperience working in regulated or audited environments. /liliExperience supporting multi-brand, multi-market, or multi-environment platforms. /liliExperience with blue/green deployments, canary releases, rollback strategies, or zero-downtime deployment patterns. /liliExperience with cloud cost optimization and infrastructure cleanup. /liliExperience with database operations, backup validation, replication, or migration support. /liliExperience with security hardening, IAM, vulnerability management, or compliance controls. /liliExperience with both Linux and Windows-based workloads. /liliCloud certifications are welcome but not required. /li /ulh3What you get /h3ulliA hands-on infrastructure role with direct impact on production reliability and developer productivity. /liliThe chance to work on cloud platforms supporting real business-critical products. /liliA pragmatic team culture focused on automation, ownership, security, and continuous improvement. /liliOpportunities to grow toward platform engineering, SRE, cloud architecture, security, or infrastructure leadership. /li /ul
