Brussels, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join a telecommunications project in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of telecom network processes, business process management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing ("As-Is") network design processes and define standardized process flows. Collaborate with network design teams to understand current practices and identify improvement opportunities. Work closely with IT teams, Product Owners, and business users to clarify requirements and implement process changes. Coordinate approval workflows and manage process exceptions. Maintain baseline process documentation and ensure adherence to established standards. Monitor process updates and communicate changes to stakeholders. Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Good understanding of the telecommunications industry and network lifecycle processes. Knowledge of network transformation, planning, design, maintenance, and auditing. Experience with telecom technologies such as FTTx, GPON, VDSL, and Copper networks . Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) principles. Knowledge of the ARIS process modelling tool. Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Dutch .
