About the Role

As an Optichannel Strategist & Digital Journey / CRO Expert, you will join the Digital Marketing Chapter within the Marketing & Communication department of one of Europe's leading banking brands.

Your mission will be to design, optimize and continuously improve customer journeys across digital and offline touchpoints, while driving conversion, engagement and business growth.

You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and customer needs, combining expertise in Customer Journey Mapping, CRO, Digital Analytics, UX, AI and emerging technologies to create seamless customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an optichannel strategy across web, mobile, email, social, paid media and offline channels
• Design end-to-end customer journeys from acquisition to retention
• Identify friction points, drop-offs and optimization opportunities
• Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing
• Analyze customer behavior and digital performance using analytics tools
• Build KPIs and dashboards to measure journey performance and conversion
• Manage and evolve the Digital Shelf (channel strategy & best practices)
• Collaborate closely with Content, UX, SEO/GEO, IT and Marketing teams
• Support personalization, segmentation and CRM initiatives
• Coach marketing teams on channel best practices and emerging digital trends

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong experience in Optichannel Marketing Strategy
• Proven expertise in Customer Journey Mapping
• Experience with UX principles and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on experimentation and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English + French or Dutch
