medirect is seeking an in-house counsel to advise multiple business lines on a broad range of banking, financial and commercial legal matters. You will collaborate with the legal team and comply with the 4-eyes-review principle to support the Bank’s activities and projects.
You will handle corporate governance, contract drafting, policy development and risk management, with potential involvement in M&A and capital markets as needed.
