About Tekst & Our Mission
At Tekst, we just raised $13.5M in Series A funding to rebuild Process Intelligence for the Agentic era. We're building the context layer that allows AI agents to work at scale on the back-office processes that actually matter. With enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia, we are cutting through the AI hype to deliver real, measurable automation.
The Role
As a Solution Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our commercial engine. You aren't just "supporting" sales; you are the technical closer. You partner with our Account Executives to prove to world-class enterprises that Tekst is the only platform capable of solving their complex automation puzzles. You translate business pain into technical reality.
What will you be doing?
- Technical deal ownership: Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. You are the decisive factor in winning enterprise deals by demonstrating our technical superiority.
- Architecture & discovery: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with customer IT architects. You understand their legacy systems and design how Tekst seamlessly integrates into their environment.
- Build Proof-of-Concepts: Get your hands dirty by building custom demos and PoCs. You'll be scripting and working with APIs to show real-time automation impact on the customer's own data.
- Strategic feedback loop: You are the eyes and ears in the field. You capture technical requirements and feed them back to our Engineering and Product teams to shape the future of our platform.
- AI Trust architect: You help customers overcome security and privacy hurdles by explaining our architecture, data handling, and the safety of our Agentic AI approach.

Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
- Technical core: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures. You are comfortable with scripting (e.g., Python or TypeScript) to build integratons.
- Closing mindset: You enjoy the thrill of the win and know how to talk to both a CTO and a Head of Operations.
- Problem solver: You love diving into a messy technical environment and coming up with a clean, automated solution.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; you can make complex AI concepts feel simple and safe.
