Strong technical background with hands‑on AI/ML experience Excellent communication skills—able to bridge business and technical conversations Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production Comfortable with Python and common ML frameworks Self‑directed with ability to manage multiple customer engagements Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus Bonus Points
Experience in customer‑facing technical roles (solutions engineer, consultant) Background in computer vision, NLP, or structured data ML Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles Experience with regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) What We Offer
