pAs an ICT Enterprise Architect, you will guide the continued development of the ICT landscape. You will translate the organisation’s strategy into a coherent architectural vision and a realistic roadmap, ensuring that investments in applications, data, infrastructure and integrations support our care services and organisational objectives. /p ul liYou develop and maintain the enterprise architecture, with a clear vision of the current and future ICT landscape. /li liYou translate strategic organisational objectives and business needs into target architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps. /li liYou map business capabilities, processes, applications, data and technology, and ensure they work together coherently. /li liYou identify overlap, dependencies and bottlenecks in the ICT landscape, and advise on simplification, standardisation and modernisation. /li liYou define architecture principles, standards and decision-making frameworks, and organise their adoption across the organisation. /li liYou advise senior management, business leaders and ICT management on strategic technology choices, investments and priorities. /li liYou assess projects and change initiatives against the target architecture and clarify the impact of any deviations. /li liYou guide solution architects, technical experts and external partners to ensure that individual solutions fit within the overall architecture. /li liYou embed security, privacy, data governance and continuity in the architectural vision. /li liYou build support for the architecture roadmap and facilitate discussions about trade-offs between organisational value, cost, risk and feasibility. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced architect who combines strategic insight with broad ICT knowledge. You can see the bigger picture in a complex landscape, connect organisational objectives with technology, and bring different stakeholders together around well-supported decisions. /p ul liYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in ICT, or equivalent experience. /li liYou have at least five years of relevant architecture experience, with demonstrable responsibility for cross-domain architecture and strategic roadmaps. /li liYou have experience developing architectural visions, target architectures and transformation plans. /li liYou can translate business capabilities and organisational needs into priorities for the application, data and technology landscape. /li liYou have experience with architecture governance and facilitating decision-making on complex ICT issues. /li liYou have broad knowledge of modern application architectures, cloud platforms such as Azure, data and integration architecture, and security and privacy principles. /li liYou can assess the strategic value and impact of technology, including APIs, event-driven architecture and cloud. /li liYou are familiar with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF; experience with ArchiMate is an advantage. /li liYou communicate clearly with senior management, business leaders, technical teams and suppliers. /li /ul
